This page explains the terms that apply when you request a quote or order custom caps from us.
About These Terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Custom Caps Maker through our website, by email, by phone or by message. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Mockups
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Free digital mockups are for illustration; small differences in colour and placement between the mockup and the finished cap are normal.
Placing an Order
Your order is confirmed once you approve the final mockup and we receive your deposit. Please check spelling, colours, sizes and quantities carefully, as we produce exactly what you approve.
Minimum Order & Pricing
Our minimum order is 12 caps per design. Prices exclude applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST), which are added to your invoice. Shipping costs are shown on your quote.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to start production
The balance is due before your order ships
We accept major credit cards and e-Transfer
Production & Shipping
Production times depend on style, decoration and quantity and are confirmed with your quote. Delivery dates are estimates; we'll keep you updated if anything changes. Risk passes to you once your order is delivered.
Your Artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, names and artwork you send us. We may refuse artwork that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
Returns & Faults
Because every cap is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If a cap arrives faulty or differs from your approved mockup, tell us within 14 days and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before production starts. Once production has started, the deposit covers materials and work already done and is non-refundable.
Liability & Law
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
